Nigerians Are Very Forgetful, My Second Term Will Be Tough – Buhari
That President Muhammadu Buhari was declared the winner of the February 2019 presidential election is no longer news, felicitations and congratulatory messages have been pouring in from around the world, back home, Buhari has been playing host to all and sundry at his Aso Rock dwelling, one of those that paid him a congratulatory visit was the members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC).
Among those present at the meeting were the vice president, Yemi Osinbajo, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, (SGF) Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, Head of Service of the Federation, Winifred Oyo-Ita, National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno and over 20 ministers. While addressing members of the council, Buhari said that his final leg in administering the nation’s affairs will be tough.
According to him,
“My last lap of four years, I think is going to be tough. People are very forgetful and that’s why during the campaign, I spoke about our cardinal agenda.”
Nigerians wait patiently for life in the “Next Level of Change” promised Nigerians.
